Make an effort to change in your daily routine to improve mental & physical health.
1.Drink water when thirsty.
2.Eat after minimum of 30 minutes of drinking water.
3.Be more mindful while eating.
4.Chew the food well make sure it becomes paste before swallowing.
5.Don't drink water in between your meal.
6.Don't talk or eat fast or over eat.
7.Drink water only after 45 minutes of your meal.
8.Eat fruits & salad first before eating boiled food.
9.Balance your meal with all tastes.

  • Sweet taste.

  • Sour taste.

  • Salty taste.

  • Spicy (pungent taste)

  • Bitter taste.

  • Astringent taste.

10. Keep your surroundings more clean and ventilated.

Welcome to the place where I share my knowledge of yoga. I learned yoga from my father, and I’ve been practicing yoga since 1980. At the age of 10, I started demonstrating yoga to other children in my village.

In 2002, I attended the art of living conducted by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. I admired his speech, and since then I also started teaching yoga in a nearby clubhouse as a service to humanity.

All the contributions that I collect through the yoga classes I conduct are donated to charity. My aim has been and always will be to help the ones in need.
