GENERAL BREATHING GUIDANCE WHILE DOING YOGA

  1. Whenever you fold Stomach muscle (bending forward), breathe out.

  2. Whenever you expand Stomach muscle (bending backwards), breathe in.

  3. Whenever you bend sideways while standing, breathe-out.

  4. When you return from the side, breathe in.

  5. When you are in the final stage of a particular yoga position, concentrate on completing 3-4 full rounds of breathing in and out cycles and make sure to keep your

  6. focus on the stretch of your muscles/relaxation.

  7. Try breathing through your throat for maximum benefit.

 

SEQUENCE TO FOLLOW

  1. Warm-up Yoga

  2. Standing Postures

  3. Positions which require you to lie down on your back.

  4. Sitting Postures

  5. Positions which require you to lie-down inverted. (Stomach touching the ground)

  6. Relaxation Yoga
